IASTA Science Week Competitions

IASTA are proud to announce details of two new exciting competitions for Agricultural Science pupils, both in Transition Year and Leaving Certificate. There are some great prizes to be won, including a full class trip to Airfield Farm & Gardens for the winner in each competition as well as individual vouchers for the winners. Here’s a brief summary with full details (and downloadable posters) available on our Competitions Page.

TY Video Competition – Pupils create a 2-3 minute video on an agricultural skill (something discussed within their studies or practical experience) and email it to info@iasta.ie

IASTA Leaving Certificate Twitter Competition – Pupils tweet their best photos from their farm experience to @AgScience, along with a caption. The best three photos get shortlisted for the final.

The closing date for both competitions is November 1st 2014 – the week before Science Week.
