Agricultural Science Curriculum Development Group

The NCCA are seeking teachers or researchers to work on the new Development Group for Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science curriculum with a view to completing the new specifications for the subject. If you have an opinion on the future of Agricultural Science in Ireland and feel you can contribute to the debate, you can complete an expression on interest form on the NCCA website. The Development Group will consist of teachers and other industry

According to the NCCA website, interested individuals might offer one or more of the following:

• Experience of innovative classroom practice in agricultural science education
• Involvement in research in areas involving or related to agricultural science education
• Experience of working with learning outcomes
• Knowledge of assessment practice, especially in the area of practical work or process skills in science.
