PDST Autumn Workshops for Ag. Science Teachers

The PDST Agricultural Science team have organised a series of workshops for Agricultural Science teachers in late November and December, in four locations around the country. It’s targeted at new teachers or Ag. Science or those who need a refresher! Topics include:

• Drafting a possible scheme of work (incorporating the practical component.)
• Focusing on numeracy/literacy strategies in Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science.
• Developing a teaching & Learning Toolkit

This is an ideal opportunity to meet new colleagues, identify problems and to share ideas.
