NCCA Publish Background Paper for LC Ag. Science Syllabus Review

The NCCA have published a background paper and brief for a review of the Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science syllabus. This document is available online here and is open for consultation. Teachers of Agricultural Science and other interested are asked to read the document and submit their response via this online form. According to their website, the NCCA plans to have its work on the draft specification (the new buzzword for syllabus) completed by the end of 2015, for consultation with teachers etc in 2016. The Curriculum Development Group (who are looking for teachers to join) will aid in the review of the specification and of the consultation process on the background paper.
