Airfield Farm & Gardens

The recently reopening Airfield Farm & Gardens in Dundrum, Dublin provides an excellent range of educational programmes for schools. Through active learning endeavours, the farm’s education team provide a wide range of courses, suitable for primary and secondary students, on agriculture, ecology, heritage, history, forrestry or CSPE. Airfield is a working farm in the heart of the city and, although compact, they cultivate a wide range of crops and and house various animals – perhaps most notably their Jersey herd. Their education team provide a wide range of programmes to suit the needs of each school and will guide students in their practical coursework portfolio.
